The alleged "Jessica" has been spotted at various crime scenes throughout the tri-state area, although her exact connection to the string of incidents is currently unknown.

Forensic scientists and the FBI are unable at this time to determine her exact location (Brooklyn Based), however there are whispers among certain circles that she shrinks down to the size of a biscuit and lives in a tin in your unassuming grandma's cupboard.
